End-to-End Fixture Delivery: 2,300+ Units Seamlessly Installed from Warehouse to Shop Floor

The Facts

The Challenge

Sigma were tasked by Primark to replace existing Chrome CFE with their new white spec. All equipment was held in a consolidation centre and managed through controlled consolidation logistics, before being transported and assembled at Primark Ballina in line with strict programme requirements.

Projects of this scale often play a key role in wider retail fit out activity, ensuring stores receive consistent, specification-led equipment that supports both merchandising and operational needs.

The Solution

The solution required the manufacture, delivery and installation of display fixtures to Primark Ballina, completed within a strict 4-week period while meeting budget and programme expectations. As the store had not previously undergone a refit, all teams were briefed in advance to support smooth execution. Deliveries were made daily from the Ireland warehouse to avoid shipping delays and maintain project control. This approach ensured all equipment arrived on time and aligned with Primark’s wider retail fit out requirements.

The Result

We installed 21 tables, over 200 chassis, and more than 130 specialist display fixtures, along with 2,000+ units of shelving and componentry. All items were manufactured to Primark’s standard specification by us.

The project was completed one day ahead of schedule and within the original budget. The store team, Primark Fixture Manager and Main Contractor were pleased with the outcome and the smooth coordination across both installation and consolidation logistics.

Post project, communication was required to source and coordinate delivery of additional items requested by the store.
