Lidl Clifton Case Study

Having taken control of Lidl’s new site in Clifton as a “developer’s shell”, we managed all aspects of its subsequent transformation into a successful, trading store. Through careful and proactive project co-ordination alongside the site’s developer, our team successfully managed to regain time lost to early development setbacks prior to our commencement on site, enabling Lidl to open the store for trade on time and on budget.

The Challenge

Our role saw us manage multiple third parties and suppliers, implementing all construction aspects from wall linings, M&E and utility services to flooring, ceiling and decorating.

We subsequently orchestrated the implementation of all interior fixtures and equipment, both in the front and back of house, delivering both a quality trading environment for customers and working environment for staff.

“An excellent delivery of the scheme… finished to an exceptional standard”
